Shipping and Returns

At FIKA we hope you love everything that you order from us. However, if something is not right for you, you can return it for free within 30 days after you receive the items. Make sure that all the items are returned clean and unworn. They also need to have all of their tags. 

How to return: 

1.    With your package we give you a free return label and return form. Fill in the reason of the return.

2.    Place your items you wish to return together with the return form in a bag, preferably the one you got from FIKA. Place your return sticker with our         return address above it. 

3.    Bring the package to your closest DHL Parcel point.

4.   Once we received and processed your return you will get a confirmation email. We process your refund by the same method you used to pay. Please         note that it can take up to two weeks for us to receive your return.

Any items that are damaged, washed or soiled will not be refunded. We will send these items back to you.
