Which countries do you ship your products to?
We ship our products all across Europe.
How soon will I receive my order?
You will receive your order between 2-4 days.
Can I also pick up my order?
There is no possibility to pick up your orders at our headquarter. However, you can choose to send them to your nearest DHL parcel point where you can pick it up.
Do I receive a confirmation of my order?
Yes, you will. Your confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address directly after paying your order.
Which payment methods do FIKA offer?
FIKA offers the payment methods Ideal and credit cards (with the logo of Mastercard or Visa).

How can I return an order?
If you decide to return items, you can complete the return form in your package and return it to us together with your items. You have to return your items within 14 days of receiving your order.
Do I have to pay return costs?
No, the return costs are free. When we have received your return the full amount will be refunded including return costs.
